I’m Maria, a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience across kitchens, dining rooms and the realities of running a restaurant.
My culinary journey began in Latin America and developed in Europe, before moving to London to pursue baking, a passion that eventually led me to co-own a restaurant with my partner. Running that business taught me invaluable lessons about the industry, from the challenges of operations to the joy of seeing guests connect with your work.
Since then, I’ve combined my experience as a chef, restaurant manager, business owner, consultant and guest to help restaurants navigate their own paths. I know the struggles of this industry first-hand, and I also know the immense satisfaction of seeing a great product succeed.
What drives me is simple. To support businesses that care about quality, staff wellbeing, and genuine hospitality. Whether I’m auditing a guest journey or guiding a concept from idea to launch, my goal is always the same, to help people in hospitality realise their vision.
